At Eden Tours, we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions for refunds on digital tours purchased through our website.

Refund Eligibility

  • A full refund is available within 24 hours of purchase, provided the digital tour content has not been activated (first launch of the tour in the app).
  • Once the tour is activated, the sale is considered final.
  • Refund requests after activation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Refunds Granted Regardless of Activation

  • Technical failure that completely prevented access to the tour content.
  • Accidental duplicate purchase (same tour purchased twice).
  • System malfunction that caused an incorrect charge.

Refunds Not Granted For

  • Requests made after tour activation and more than 24 hours since purchase.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with tour content.
  • Non-use of the tour for personal reasons (trip cancellation, change of plans).

Response Times

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 1-2 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
